Any fee you pay is for your actual case work if agreed with lawyer after a advice is given or you want to take up the legal work further. Any money paid for the priority or urgent advice is for urgency and bypassing the que and not for advice.

Full Refund is available if no reply is received to the client. Once the adviser replied and client have engaged the adviser in conversation/consultation and used his/her (adviser) time no refund is available. No refund is available if the Client has given instruction filled the TimeLine Facts Form and Litigation Team have spent its time and worked on the Draft of the Case and the said draft has been delivered to the client.
